Guest Relations

Happy Guests
Our goal is to make your visit to Spring Jubilee 2010 entertaining, unforgettable and safe. To help you prepare for your visit, we have put together the following outline of information that most of our guests would like to know! If you find you still have questions during your visit, send us an email or be sure to check with one of Spring Jubilee's courteous Guest Relations representatives located at the Guest Relations booth under the "Big Tent"!

Free Parking

Plenty of parking is available on the Spring Jubilee grounds. Follow the directions of the parking attendants as you enter the grounds. Overflow parking will be available if the need arises.
Handicapped parking is available near the front gate at Spring Jubilee.

First Aid

First Aid is available at the Spring Jubilee, and can be located near the main gate.

Free Gate Admission

No Charge to enter the Spring Jubilee event grounds.

Drop Off/Pick Up

Take advantage of our special area to drive in to drop off or pick up guests. Follow the directions of the parking attendants as you enter the grounds.

VR

Ride & Food Ticket Sales

Ride Ticket Booths are open during the event and are located conveniently at the entrance to the Spring Jubilee grounds. Food Tickets Booths are located within the "Big Tent".

Free Concerts & Stage Entertainment

All concerts & stage events in the "Big Tent" at the Spring Jubilee are free of charge to our guests.

Security/Sheriff

Uniformed Hillsborough County Sheriff's Officers are on-site 24 hours a day. Weapons of any type are prohibited at the Spring Jubilee.

Pets

No Animals are permitted at this event. Certified Service dogs are allowed and they must be kept on a leash at all times.

VR

Guest Relations

For assistance at the Spring Jubilee, visit our guest relations booth located in the "Big Tent."

Restrooms.

Follow the signs located throughout the Spring Jubilee grounds, which will lead you to one of the many restrooms on-site.

Courtesy Tram

A courtesy tram will be running continuously from the parking lot to the main gate until closing.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking permitted in any enclosed tent or building on the Spring Jubilee Grounds.
